About Terrace Finance
A multi-lender platform rather than a lender, serving consumer, commercial and municipal applicants across the full credit spectrum since 2019.
Who we are
A platform, not a lender
Terrace Finance is a multi-lender payment platform founded in 2019 and based in Henderson, Nevada. One application is run through a network of more than 60 banks, finance companies and lease-to-own providers using a waterfall: the file moves from program to program until one fits the applicant’s credit profile, their state, and the item they are buying.
That structure is the whole point. A single bank gives one answer. A platform gives the application somewhere else to go when the first answer is no — which is why the range runs from a $50 lease to multi-million-dollar commercial facilities, and why the most common praise in our reviews comes from people who expected to be declined.
It also means we are not the party you sign with. The provider that makes the offer writes the contract, sets the rate, collects the payments and decides whether to report the account. We think saying so plainly matters more than sounding like a bank.

Who runs it

How we work
How we make money, and why it matters to you
We are paid by the network, not by you
There is no fee to apply and no fee to see your options. We are compensated by the providers and merchants in the network when a transaction completes. [Describe the commercial model precisely — this disclosure should be accurate enough that a regulator reading it would have no follow-up question.]
What that means for the advice on this site
It means we have an incentive to see applications funded, and you should read everything here knowing that. It is also why we publish the criticism in our reviews, state plainly that lease-to-own can cost well above retail, and tell you to take a bank loan instead if your credit qualifies for one.
Standards
How this site’s content is produced
- Figures are sourced, not estimated. Program amounts and terms come from published provider materials. Where a provider does not publish something — a total cost to own, for example — we say so rather than inventing a number.
- Calculators show their working. Every tool on the calculator page explains the formula and the assumptions behind it, and is labelled as an illustration rather than a quote.
- Reviews are published, not curated. The feedback on our reviews page includes the recurring criticism about rates. A page of nothing but five stars is not evidence of anything.
- Pages carry a review date. Rates, limits and state availability change. Each page shows when it was last checked.
- Corrections. If something here is wrong, tell us at [email protected] and we will fix it and note the change.
